Accessibility

The Woodstock Museum offers automatic doors, an elevator and accessible washrooms for visitors.

Elevator Out of Service: Due to mechanical issues, our elevator is out of service until further notice. We are waiting on a custom part to arrive in order to complete the repairs. In the meantime, the second floor and basement, including the public washrooms and education room, can only be accessed using the stairs. There are also five steps up to the first floor from street level. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.

Staff will notify program and event registrants and refunds will be issued for those who cannot attend. Alternate washroom facilities are available across the street at the Woodstock Art Gallery (449 Dundas St.).

If you have any questions or concerns about accessibility before your visit, please contact the front desk at 519-537-8411 ext. 2901.
